Definitions:
“The Company” Space To Be (UK) Limited
“The Buyer” The Buyer of the Goods from the Company
1. General:
All sales are subject to these terms and conditions and no others shall apply. Placing an order on our website constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale. We reserve the right to make alternations or update our Terms and Conditions as necessary. All alternations will apply as soon as changes are made.
2. Payment:
All orders must be pre-paid prior to despatch.
3. Title of Goods:
For wholesale invoices the goods remain the property of the Company until cleared payment is received in full.
4. Copyright:
The contents of our website are protected by copyright laws. Images and information from the website may only be used with prior agreement from Space To Be (UK) Limited.
5. Delivery:
All items will be delivered to the address given by the Buyer at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders when the address information given is incomplete or incorrect. All parcels will be despatched within 24 hours (except at weekends and bank holidays). All goods will be despatched by first class post. A charge of £2 is made for postage and packaging.
6. CD returns:
On receipt of your CD(s) any discrepancies, dissatisfaction or damage must be advised within 7 days. Within that time period a full refund including will be given on request. The CDs must be returned and the cost of returning the CD will be reimbursed only for damaged goods or incorrect orders. Undelivered goods in the UK must be advised within 14 working days of ordering.
7. Download returns:
On receipt of your downloads any discrepancies, dissatisfaction or damage must be advised within 7 days and the Buyer will be entitled to a 100% refund. After 7 days no refunds are available except for faulty goods.
8. Coaching packages:
There is a 7 day cooling-off period for coaching services, during which time you are entitled to a full refund. If coaching commences within that 7 day period then any dissatisfaction must be reported immediately after the first session and a full refund will be given. No refund is available after that stage and coaching packages must be taken within 6 months of purchase unless agreed otherwise with the coach in writing.
9. Description of products:
Whilst we endeavour to make sure that the specification and description of our products is as accurate as possible we reserve the right to make changes which by no means affect the quality or performance of the products offered.
10. Disclaimer:
The products offered on this website promote your wellbeing and aid relaxation. No statement/claim should be construed that the products offered on our website are intended for cure, prevention or diagnosis of any medical condition or disease. If you are suffering from any ailment/illness or condition and you are unsure we recommend that you check with your GP.
11. Liability:
The Company cannot be held responsible for the misuse or incorrect use of any of our goods. All users of our products do so at their own risk.
12. Privacy Policy:
We are committee to protecting your privacy. We will ask for your name, address and payment information and we may contact you occasionally by emailing about upcoming offers. Your payment details are held by Paypal and not by the Company. You are free at any time to unsubscribe from our newsletter mailing list.

13. Product guarantee:
Where the Buyer has notified the Company as to a problem with the goods (see Clause 5 **) the Company will either forward any shortages or replace goods that were damaged/defective on delivery.
14. Space To Be (UK) Limited abides by the Distance Selling Regulations and E-commerce Regulations.
