Coaching
Like me, my clients are people with big dreams. They are already successful but they want to create a life that really reflects who they are, and what they value. For some it’s about a new career or starting their own business, whilst for others it is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream such as writing a book or moving to the other side of the world. What we all share is a sense of adventure, fun and inspiration.
We work together to create a vision for the future, to identify the next steps and to work on what is holding them back. Each client becomes more connected with themselves, discovers a way to move forward that is uniquely right for them and taps into the huge energy and insight they have inside of them.
It’s an intensive process, with weekly phone calls and a deep level of honesty and commitment required but it is also uplifting, fun and remarkable. I feel very lucky to work with some amazing individuals who are following their heart and achieving fantastic results.

About Me
After a successful career in the charity sector raising millions of pounds for good causes, I reached a point where I no longer loved what I did and I felt burnt out. I took some time off to explore the world and discover what made me feel excited and inspired. I found ways to reconnect with who I was and what was important to me and created a vision for a life that would really reflect who I am and would make me feel radiantly alive every day
I retrained as a coach and created Space To Be as part of that vision. I’ve been through the process that my clients are going through and I continue to go through it now as I turn more of my dreams into reality. Today I get to make a difference whilst being completely true to myself and I spend my time with people who inspire me. I love it.
